Sushi BBY is an omakase-only counter. Every seating is built around raw fish and rice — there are no vegan substitutions, riceless options, or fish-free alternatives.
We are BYOB.

Sunday – Thursday: 5:30 pm · 7:00 pm · 8:30 pm
Friday – Saturday: 5:30 pm · 7:00 pm · 8:30 pm · 10:00 pm
Each seating runs approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Out of respect for all guests, we ask that you arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is observed — guests arriving after that point may not receive the full omakase progression.
Pricing
Omakase courses start at $80 for 12 pieces, or $120 for the full 17-course experience, plus tax.
Private Events
We offer in-house private events and off-site, exclusive experiences including Homakase (omakase at home), Tuna Carvings, and Office Parties. For the full Sushi BBY experience, book the whole counter — intimate dining for groups up to twelve, exclusively yours for the evening.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your reservation — for any reason — are charged at 50% per person.
